Spent Christmas here and the location was perfect as it was close to the old town, which was lovely to walk around. The food at the hotel's restaurant was amazing, especially the drinks which were original and delicious. The lockers in the lobby were a nice touch for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Although the hotel was newly renovated, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the staff who felt like part-timers. Hygiene was also a major concern, as I found a stain on my bed sheet upon arrival and did not want someone to come into my room after taking a bath and getting ready to rest.

The hotel boasts a great location, conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance to many local eateries. the atmosphere of the hotel is also quite cozy, with unique decor and useful lockers in the lobby. the staff are polite, smiling, and always quick to offer their assistance.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. On my arrival, I discovered a stain on my bed sheet and was disappointed by the lack of hygiene.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always providing helpful recommendations for transportation and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with lockers in the lobby for added security. The perfect location made it easy to explore this city's charming old town, only a short walk away. I enjoyed a great breakfast each morning with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
Not one thing was unpleasant at this hotel.

During our Christmas vacation, we stayed at a hotel that recently underwent renovation. the hotel staff was always polite and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the cozy and well-decorated hotel offered lockers in the lobby for extra convenience.
Although the hotel's location was key, we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by some of the staff. the biggest disappointment was concerning the hygiene of the hotel.
